It started with
one unforgettable batch.
My wife baked cookies for friends and family — generous, golden, and so good the room went quiet. Everything she knows, she learned from her mother in Germany. Everyone who tasted them said the same thing: this should be a business. Her cottage-kitchen dream finally had a name.
Now we bake German-inspired cookies in small Colorado batches — with Belgian chocolate, imported butter, and carefully chosen flour and sugar — then package them with care and show up at markets when we can get a booth. This site is how you order, and how you find us next.
